Following a competitive tender process undertaken in late 2022, Stainforth Construction were
successfully appointed as the Main Contractor to deliver a c £12.5m scheme to construct 16 new industrial units at our site known as Bridgewater Point, Trafford Park, Manchester.
The project was successfully delivered to the agreed budget and by the contractual completion date.
We were pleased with our choice of Stainforth to undertake the project for us. We found them to be a professionally managed and well-resourced contractor. They showed integrity throughout the construction process and delivered a project that achieved our aims. They have been conscientious throughout the rectification period and there were no disputes when settling the final account with their team.
We would not hesitate to award a contract of a similar nature to Stainforth Construction and we
enjoyed working alongside their team.

Stainforth have navigated their way through some complex developments through great collaboration in delivering projects on time and on budget.
We have appointed Stainforth on projects via both single and two-stage tender processes and have been extremely happy with the performance of Stainforth during both the pre-construction and construction stages. They have demonstrated proactiveness in problem solving which has ultimately led to successful completion of the projects we have worked together on.

MDA Consulting Limited was the Project Manager on the refurbishment of a seven-storey commercial building in Leeds City Centre. The project involved several challenges, including working around tenants who remained within the building during the works.
Stainforth was appointed as main contractor who closely liaised with the tenants to minimize
disruption to them. Stainforth in particular added value to the project by proactively working
with the other members of the client’s team to overcome logistical challenges as they arose.
The final account for the project was agreed as the works progressed, which meant there
were “no surprises” when the project completed on time.
I would be happy to recommend Stainforth to other clients based on my experience

Following a competitive tender process undertaken in mid-2021, Stainforth Construction were successfully appointed as the Main Contractor to deliver a circa. £5.5m scheme to construct an extension to an existing operational distribution centre including additional gate houses in Trafford, Manchester.
The project was successfully delivered to suit budget and timescales.
We found Stainforth to be a competent and diligent Contractor. They were proactive and also aware and accommodating of existing operational sensitivities.
