High spec refurbishment to an existing tenanted city centre office block. High specification finishes including metal ceilings and raised access floors are installed throughout following the initial demolition and asbestos removal. A dedicated plant deck was installed on the roof with a fully louvered perimeter, together with feature deckling and balustrade on the terrace.
