Unit 2 – Borehamwood Shopping Park

The work comprised of the Strip out, re-roof, re-facade and sub division of an existing retail unit to form a Debenhams and a spec unit. The re-facade comprised of stripping the existing cladding and introducing full height glazing entrance feature and trespa rainscreen cladding. Internally piled foundations and new drainage was installed to allow erection of a new mezzanine.

Keelham Farm Shop Gargrave Road, Skipton

Demolition of various buildings and strip off existing roofs to facilitate new stone built activity barn and curtain walled link corridor along with new Kingspan cladding to the roof, the over clad of the existing building with Cedar cladding and locally sourced stone-slips. New steel frame, concrete, mezzanine structure within the main building and a full overhaul/reinstatement of the external works.

Drake House Way, Sheffield

An exciting new retail park for Aldi, Costa Coffee, Greggs, Frankie and Benny’s and the discount store Home Bargain. The site has 150 car-parking spaces and includes a drive-through coffee shop.
