The project comprised the construction of a four storey extension to an existing nursing home to provide 23no self contained apartments along with staff facilities, laundry, training room, offices, dining areas, plant areas, treatment room and hair salon, an altered kitchen, bedrooms/bathrooms and stores. All the works were inclusive of internal finishes, fittings and fixtures along with mechanical and electrical services.
