Extension to Symingtons Warehouse – Leeds
27,800 ft2 extension to existing warehouse – Steel frame construction on foundations and concrete floor slab. The roof & walls of the building were clad in plastisol coated cladding complete with rainwater goods. The warehouse was complete with power, lighting, fire alarm and emergency lighting. Externally the works were complete with alterations to the service yard and drainage.
