Construction of a two storey community building consisting of small managed workspaces / meeting rooms and a 2 storey managed workspace unit. Both buildings we’re steel framed construction and clad externally with straw bales and render/cedar. Fully fitted out with a complete M & E Installation along with External works, drainage and access road to serve the development.
